Welcome to the Ananda Movement™, founded in 2017 as a concept that would overtime develop into a holistic wellness program to help myself and others navigate our life journey with meaningful purpose.

Ānanda (Sanskrit: आनन्द) literally means bliss or happiness, which we help cultivate through Reiki, Chakra balancing, ZenDecor™, and Private Yoga Lessons.

We help others live an inspired life by fostering a mindset that encourages every step of our journey be one that moves us closer to achieving our greatest Ānanda.

In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realization. The change that is often referred to has its source in mental and emotional maturity and understanding the deeper meaning of life. 

It is for this reason that we have aptly chosen the Dragonfly to represent our journey through the Ananda Movement™.
