Ānanda (Sanskrit: आनन्द) literally means bliss or happiness, which we help cultivate through Reiki, Chakra balancing, Feng Shui, and Private Yoga Lessons.

We help others live an inspired life by encouraging a mindset that encourages every step of our journey move towards achieving our Ānanda.

In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability, and self-realization. The change that is often referred to has its source in mental and emotional maturity and understanding the deeper meaning of life. 

It is for this reason that we have aptly chosen the Dragonfly to represent our journey through the Ananda Movement™.
