Wellness Workshops – Calgary, AB

Each workshop is designed to help you understand how the body deals with stress and how trauma sensitive yoga can help you manage the symptoms.

Saturday June 22, 2019 from 9am – 11:00am


  • 9:00am-9:30am – Introduction to Wellness
  • 9:30am-10:30am – Yoga Therapy
  • 10:30am-10:45am – Guided Meditation
  • 10:45 – 11:00am – Q+A

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • A yoga mat
  • Water

As this workshop is a part of our  cOMmunity karma collection™, a minimum donation of $25 is suggested.  All proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
